Cotton Seed Cleaner

The cotton seed cleaner is designed to clean the cotton seeds. The seeds are fed into the slowly revolving drums where the two heavy square beaters efficiently beat cotton seeds so that the hull separates from the meat. The separated fine hulls and meat are then passed by the conveyor to the heavy duty flanged ball bearing self aligning and pre-lubricated unit at the end and a rigid steel frame. The operation is carried out in a hassle free manner on the account of extra heavy shafts gears and chain drive. Further, the drum tray is counter balanced for a smooth operating unit. This cleaning machine overall gives maximum capacity at minimum horse power.
